60 + Years Old - Classic


Our Reformer Classic 60+ class is a low impact, gentle workout offering numerous health and wellbeing benefits to clients of all ages, specifically focusing on the needs of individuals over the age of 60. Classes will work the entire body aiming to counteract the natural decline in muscle mass and strength that comes with age. Purposely designed to offer overall benefits such as maintaining strength, flexibility, and mobility, increasing balance, coordination, posture, and core stability, alleviating joint stiffness and soreness in addition to being an amazing natural mood booster and improving overall mental health.



Hot Sculpt


Prepare to challenge your muscles and elevate your heart rate with our Hot Mat Sculpt class! This full-body workout focuses on developing muscle strength through weighted exercises and controlled dynamic flows, with elements of high-intensity cardio to keep you energised. Combining the precision of Pilates with the invigorating heat, this class creates the ideal environment to build power, improve endurance, and enhance aerobic fitness. Target every muscle group while promoting alignment and overall body awareness. Experience the transformative effects of greater strength and resilience. Our Hot Pilates room is heated to a comfortable 32–34 degrees and welcomes all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced participants.

With upbeat tunes and an exciting atmosphere, you're guaranteed to leave feeling sweaty and exhilarated. This class is suitable for participants of all levels, from beginners to advanced.



Reformer Bump


Introducing our Pregnancy Class for our expectant Flow Mamas. This class is specially crafted to target pelvic floor and core strength, while also enhancing overall strength and mobility. Staying active during pregnancy is essential for preparing your body for childbirth and aiding in postpartum recovery. It's also a fantastic opportunity to connect with other mums-to-be. Suitable for all pregnant women from 13 weeks onwards.



Reformer Mumma


Introducing our Mums and Bubs class, designed for any mums eager to ease back into exercise after childbirth. It's an opportunity to celebrate and embrace your postpartum body. This class welcomes every new Mumma, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for everyone. Babies can peacefully rest in their prams, lie contentedly on a mat, or receive cuddles in their Mumma's arms. (Please note: for safety reasons, we ask that babies who are crawling or walking do not join in class).
