Immerse yourself in the geothermal waters which come from a natural well deep below the earth’s surface. The water is infused with natural minerals and trace elements which detoxify the body and rejuvenate the spirit.


Hot spring soaking has a well established connection with global traditions. Numerous indigenous traditions from various tribes consider hot springs to be ‘power spots’ in nature. other benefits include:

Mat Pilates is a non-impact full body workout that focuses on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control and flexibility. We will work to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement.


Mat Pilates is a challenging yet safe method to lengthen and sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your everyday movements.

Experience the healing powers and cooling effects of clay with the signature body clay ritual. We have carefully selected a series of detoxifying clays from around Australia, each with their own unique therapeutic benefits.


During this 45 minute workshop, the Hot Springs knowledgeable and engaging hosts will share stories about these benefits as you enjoy a simple and universal connection with nature.

Is a combined 50 minute class designed to help you unwind from your week and get ready for a weekend of pure bliss.


25 minutes of grounding yoga followed by 25 minutes of guided meditation.

Be invigorated by the powers of hot and cold therapy in the state-of-the-art saunas and Ice Cave.


Flow between the hot saunas,  sub zero Ice Cave and Deep Freeze chamber, cold plunge pools and geothermal hot springs.

Soph's love of Pilates began after having her daughter and wanting to find something her; some 'me time'.


Six years later she loved what Pilates had bought to her life so much she decided to undertake her Reformer & Mat Pilates course so that she could bring that feeling to others and has been teaching ever since.


She loves that Pilates not only makes her feel physically strong but mentally strong.


Where she is not teaching Soph is a marketing Guru for a radio station, being a mum to a gorgeous little daughter, enjoying a coffee in the morning, and wine in the evening, and caring for her .... Brace yourself .... 33 (and counting) indoor plants.

Brendon studied a Bachelor of Exercise Science at Bond University on the Gold Coast. Living on the G.C. resulted in a love of sun, surf, and beaches. 

Former pro-wrestler, Brendon has a deep understanding of what the body can do, what it can't do and what it's capable of with a little motivation. 

Bringing in knowledge obtained from a range of coaching, instructing, and performing positions you know Brendon's classes will provide everything you need for a stellar Pilates experience.

With a passion for nature, travel, music and meditation through movement, you can expect an upbeat and challenging Pilates or Yoga class with fun, creative sequencing and a groovy playlist to boot.

Amy specialises in Yoga, Meditation and Reformer Pilates.

Travelling, plants, coffee, pineapples and backbends are a few of Laetitia’s favourite things.

Six years ago Laetitia left behind a job in Fashion Design, her family and her home in Canada, to pursue her dream of becoming a surfer with a perfect tan and beautifully long wavy hair! The surfing career didn’t quite go as planned. Fortunately, she found something else she loved even more - Pilates!

Laetitia specialises in Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates as well as pre and postnatal Pilates.
